What Lengths Do Tilt Trailers Come In?

At Kaufman Trailers, we understand that different hauling needs require different trailer configurations. Based on valuable customer feedback, we’ve expanded our tilt trailer options to provide greater flexibility in deck length configurations that better match your specific requirements.

For our popular tag-along tilt trailers, you can now choose between two fixed deck lengths:

  • A compact 6-foot stationary section, perfect for situations where overall length needs to be minimized
  • Our standard 8-foot stationary section, which provides additional versatility for hauling equipment and materials

Our gooseneck tilt trailers offer even more flexibility with three fixed deck options:

  • A shorter 6-foot fixed deck for maximum maneuverability
  • The traditional 8-foot fixed deck for balanced functionality
  • An extended 10-foot fixed deck when you need extra storage space ahead of the tilt section

Regardless of which fixed deck length you choose, all our tilt trailers feature our proven 14.5-foot tilt section. This standardized tilt length has been engineered to provide optimal loading angles while ensuring stable, secure transport of your equipment. The tilt mechanism is built with the same attention to detail and durability that Kaufman Trailers is known for.

When selecting your ideal tilt trailer configuration, consider factors such as:

  • The types of equipment you’ll be hauling
  • Your typical loading and unloading environments
  • Storage space requirements
  • Transportation regulations in your area
